This site collects the minimum needed to reply to you. No advertising trackers, no data sold to anyone, no profiles built.

What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, work email, company, role category, topic, and message you enter. If you submit the notify form, we receive your email address only. We collect nothing else about you through this site.
How we use it
Contact submissions are used to reply to your enquiry and to carry on any resulting conversation. Notify submissions are used to send you new research notes. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add contact-form submissions to a mailing list without asking.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser including your IP address when the page loads. Replace this paragraph if you self-host the fonts or add analytics later.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as the business relationship or a reasonable follow-up window justifies, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@luckyledger.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop receiving notes. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy statutes; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
